Hice un diario creativo en video y está disponible en youtube. Es como un registro de parte de mi día. Amo hacer ejercicios creativos y expresarme con “Visual Journaling”. Según estudios científicos, juntar palabras con arte cuando haces diario de arte, es mas efectivo para bajar los niveles de stress, que escribir solamente.

creating a lot, but I haven't share. This past year was about healing myself, or better say, start my healing journey. I want to go indeapth in to that process in another moment. But for now, I will share my latest creations. It involves digital art, art journaling and nature mandalas, all including nature.
