My Pachamama Color Studies are up at my shop!!!!. This series of color studies were made during my trip to Ecuador. I studied the tones of the earth and the textures of nature. The result is a very diverse group of studies, each and everyone made with admiration to the Pachamama.

Sanar, spanish word for Heal. This couple of weeks, or years has been hard. The world seems to be getting tougher, meaner, and nothing make sense. Fear can fill our thoughts, despair and sadness can take over.
But we must breath, one day at a time, one hour at a time. Other thing that helps me cope besides meditation, music and walking is doing expressive arts.
