I did an activity and called it, Nature Intention Creation. Is a bundle made of elements I gathered from my backyard and neighborhood. I invited my inner child to play and create, expressing with color and marks. This month the inspiration is my pine tree.
I made Pine Needle tea for my art date. Pine Needle has a lot of benefits an it may include maximizing the immune system, improving vision, preventing respiratory infections, stimulating circulation, avoiding chronic disease, increasing cognitive performance, strengthening heart health, and speeding healing.
Before foraging plants to make tea, you need to do research and see if that plant can be ingested. There are species of Pines that can not be ingested, so please do your reaserch.
A bundle was made with the “Treasures” collected from nature. It included my word of intention for the month of June, which is “Inspirar”, Inspire. Then I placed the bundle in my art desk, it’s intention an energy will be with me through this month.
